Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

By using Workmatic, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear, not clever. If anything's confusing, reach out at legal@workmatic.in.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your phone and login secure. If you share your account with someone, we'll treat their actions as yours.

Acceptable use

Don't use Workmatic to do anything illegal, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights. Specifically, no:

  • Spam, harassment, or abusive content.
  • Malware, hacking attempts, or interference with the service.
  • Content that infringes copyright or other IP.
  • Bulk scraping or reverse-engineering of our APIs.

Your content

Everything you put into Workmatic stays yours. We need a limited licence to store, transmit, and display it — but only as needed to run the service. We don't use it for anything else.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and work hard to deliver it. Downtime happens occasionally; we'll always communicate when it does.

Termination

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — with notice when possible.

Liability

We provide Workmatic "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

If we update these terms materially, we'll notify you in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Workmatic is incorporated. Disputes go through binding arbitration unless local consumer law says otherwise.
