Information we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to make the product work:
- Account info — phone number, name, optional profile photo.
- Content you create — tasks, messages, files, and team relationships you set up inside the app.
- Usage metadata — anonymised analytics about feature usage to help us improve.
- Device info — device type, OS, and crash reports when something breaks.
How we use it
- To run the service — sync your data, send notifications, route messages.
- To support you — answer questions and troubleshoot.
- To improve Workmatic — measure feature usage, find bugs, prioritise roadmap.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to advertisers. Ever.
- We don't train AI models on your private content.
- We don't share your data with third parties beyond essential service providers (hosting, push delivery).
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct anything that's wrong, or delete your account and everything tied to it. Email privacy@workmatic.inand we'll act within 30 days.
Data retention
Active accounts retain data until you delete it. Inactive accounts older than 24 months are automatically archived. Deleted data is purged within 30 days from backups.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and a minimal analytics cookie. No third-party ad trackers.
Changes
We'll notify you via email and in-product banner before any material change. The latest version always lives at this URL.
