Accountability over features
We say no to feature bloat. Every screen exists to make work visible and chains traceable. Nothing else.
About
We built Workmatic because the most common team failure isn't bad work — it's forgotten work. Tasks that got assigned, reassigned, delegated, and lost. We wanted a tool that made that impossible.
One mark. One mission. Work without limits.
We're a small, focused team based in India. We come from product, design, and engineering — and across our careers we've watched the same pattern play out: a manager assigns a task, someone delegates it further, the chain breaks, and weeks later someone asks “wait, who was doing that?”.
Traditional task managers (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) optimize for the visibility of tasks. We built Workmatic to optimize for the visibility of chains — who assigned what to whom, when, and where it currently is. Same product surface, completely different priority.
We call this task accountability. It's a new category, and we're building it for the small and growing teams where forgotten work has the highest cost. If that resonates with how your team actually works, we'd love to have you along.
What we believe
We say no to feature bloat. Every screen exists to make work visible and chains traceable. Nothing else.
Software should adapt to how teams actually work — including the messy parts. Delegation, handoffs, reassignments are first-class.
Premium is a habit, not a feature. Pixel-perfect details, snappy animations, and thoughtful copy on every screen.
Your team's data is yours. Privacy-first by default. The audit trail is for your team, not for surveillance.
Free, always. No credit card. Real delegation accountability from day one.
Trusted by teams who can't afford to forget.
